“Updated Medicare Guidelines for Nutrition Therapy”

For the first time since 1984, Medicare Nutrition has changed both qualifying criteria and covered nutrition components. Karen has been on the front lines along with other Amerita Specialty Infusion clinicians, advocating in tandem with the National Home Infusion Association, and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition to CMS for these changes.  The presentation provides a continuing education hour, and is pre-approved for PACE credit.  Certificates will be available for case managers, social workers, and nurses.
